  • All classes available for a free trial are listed on the daily schedule.

  • Don't have a jiu-jitsu or judo gi? No problem! Feel free to wear any athletic wear you might have. Generally, a tight-fitting T-shirt and shorts (preferably with a drawstring) are the most comfortable options. Please note that street clothes with zippers, buttons, or metal/hard plastic fasteners may damage the mats and are inappropriate for this type of martial arts training. Limited loaner gi's may be available for the duration of your trial.

  • The best way to determine if Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a good fit for you is to try it out. Our classes are generally divided into three segments. We start with warm-up and movement drills before progressing to technique and drilling and closing with some live drilling. Classes are planned to accommodate students of every fitness and experience level.
